• Mainland United Kingdom shipping fees are currently FREE.
• International shipping fees are dependant upon the destination 

Late Or Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is late in arriving at your doorstep then, contact us and we will check our tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. As well as this we will provide you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office. The majority of the time it's when an attempted delivery has occured and the postman has not left a calling card.

We cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 working days (21 working days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 working days have passed (21 working days for International deliveries).
